$75,000-$82,000 + super + commission (OTE $95,000-$110,000pa)

TFI turns a love of fashion into a career through accelerated degrees and diplomas in Business, Communications and Media, Digital and Social Media Marketing, and UX Design, with industry placements across 600+ brands. As a Course Advisor, you own the student journey from first enquiry to enrolment. You'll work out what each person wants from their career, match them to the right course, and help them commit. It's consultative sales with real stakes: no scripts, no hard close, and you'll be measured on enrolments.

What You'll Do

- Convert inbound enquiries across phone,



email, chat and WhatsApp, plus targeted outbound follow-up
- Run your pipeline in our CRM with disciplined, timely follow-up
- Present at open days, info sessions and careers expos
- Feed what you hear from students back into marketing and course design
- Deliver against monthly and intake enrolment targets

You'll likely have

- 2+ years in target-driven consultative sales: education (preferred), admissions, membership, finance, auto, solar, real estate or similar
- Evidence of hitting targets (tell us your numbers)
- Comfort with CRM, call logs and reporting
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability for some evenings and weekends around intake peaks, with time in lieu provided
