About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a community aged care setting. Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualised care plans.
- Providing wound management, medication administration and clinical documentation.




- Monitoring residents' health and responding to changing care needs.
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, quality care.
- Advocating for residents and promoting positive clinical outcomes. About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant nursing qualifications.
- Previous Community Aged Care Experience
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
