- Drive timely month end close and management reporting packs
-
- Prepare board materials and supporting financial analysis for internal stakeholders

- Build and maintain budgets and forecasts, including variance and trend analysis

- Partner with senior leaders and operations on performance and business cases
-
- Support scenario modelling and process improvement across reporting and accounting
-
- Assist statutory accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and group month end
-
- Liaise on tax submissions and AP, Payroll,



and AR close support as required

- Contribute to half year and full year audit and listed entity reporting processes The Candidate

- Approximately 3 or more years post qualification in management accounting, financial reporting, business partnering, or audit

- Hands on month end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis

- Comfortable with budgeting and forecasting support at analyst level

- Advanced Excel; SAP proficiency highly regarded

- Clear communicator who partners well with non financial stakeholders

- Autonomous operator who thrives in a small team and cross time zone collaboration
