About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Specilaist to join a growing and high-performing team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, building strong relationships, providing exceptional support, and ensuring every interaction reflects the organisation's commitment to quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

-Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality support to customer enquiries via phone and email.

-Collaborate closely with the Accounts Specialist to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.

-Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.

-Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

-Take ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.

-Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, delivering a seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.





Skills & Experience:

-Previous experience in a customer service, client support, or administration role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.

-Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

-High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

-A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

-A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
