What You’ll Do

As an Educator at Kids ELC, you'll play an important role in creating engaging learning experiences that support children's development, wellbeing and sense of belonging.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll contribute to a high-quality educational program whilst building strong relationships with children and families. Every day presents an prospect to inspire curiosity, encourage learning through play and make a positive impact on children's lives.

All applicants will undergo appropriate screening, including qualification verification, reference checks and Working with Children checks. Successful applicants will be expected to uphold our Child Safe Standards, Child Protection policies and Code of Conduct at all times.

You will

- Deliver engaging learning experiences aligned with children's interests and development
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to educational programming, observations and documentation




- Support children's learning, wellbeing and developmental outcomes
- Create safe, inclusive and welcoming learning environments
- Work collaboratively to uphold quality standards and centre goals
- Participate in continuous improvement and professional development

Who You Are

You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and is committed to creating positive learning experiences that support their growth, development and wellbeing.

You'll bring

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- A valid Paid Working with Children Check
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- A commitment to child safety, inclusion and high-quality education
- A desire to continue learning and developing professionally
