Position: Dayforce Test Manager

Location: Sydney, NSW

- HR & Payroll, Workforce Management, Talent Management, HCM Transformations, and Dayforce/Workday implementations. Experience in Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Payroll programs.

Nice to Have Skills: Drive defect management, release readiness, and quality reporting.

Detailed

- 10+ years in Testing/QA.
- 3+ years as Test Manager or QA Lead.
- Experience managing distributed teams.
- HR & Payroll, Workforce Management, Talent Management, HCM Transformations, and Dayforce/Workday implementations.
- Define test strategy, plans, and governance.
- Manage SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and Payroll testing.
- Lead estimation, planning, reporting,



and risk management.
- Coordinate with business, HR, payroll, technical teams, and system integrators.
- Drive defect management, release readiness, and quality reporting.
- Strong experience in Test Management and QA.
- Experience in Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Payroll programs.
- Knowledge of test lifecycle, defect management, payroll testing, and quality governance.
- Experience with ALM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
