We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Demi Chef to join our bistro kitchen. Working alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, you'll help with food preparation, cooking and service while keeping standards high for quality, presentation, cleanliness and food safety. It's a great opportunity for a motivated chef who wants to build their skills in a supportive, evolving kitchen, with genuine scope to grow as the Club's food offering develops.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking and plating meals across a busy bistro service
- Working closely with the Head Chef and team to deliver consistent, high-quality food
- Keeping presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards high at all times
- Helping the kitchen run smoothly and stay organised during peak service
- Bringing ideas and enthusiasm to a collaborative, evolving team
About you
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
- The ability to stay calm and work well under pressure in busy service periods
- A dependable, reliable team player with a solid work ethic
- A genuine interest in developing your skills and growing as a chef
- Availability for evenings and weekends (essential)
