About the role

Smile & Skin Suite is completing its fitout and expanding into general and cosmetic dentistry. You'll work directly with the principal dentist, helping set up systems, workflows and culture as the practice grows. Patient experience is the whole point — you'll help set that tone from day one.

Key responsibilities

- Chairside assisting and sterilisation across general and cosmetic cases

- Helping design and refine recent clinical systems as the practice scales up

- Maintaining strict hygiene and infection-control standards

- Contributing to a culture where patient experience comes first

- Getting hands-on with all-new equipment and instruments

About you

- Has dental assisting / steri nurse experience or qualifications





- Is comfortable with change — building the practice as you go

- Genuinely cares about patient experience and team culture
