About the role

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Dental Nurse who can also assist with reception to join our team at Dental + Skin Clinic East Bentleigh. We're a boutique dental clinic with a robust focus on providing a calm, welcoming experience for both our patients and our team.

Key responsibilities

- Dental assisting and supporting dentists during appointments

- Sterilisation and maintaining high clinical standards

- Preparing and setting up surgeries

- Patient care and assisting patients throughout their appointments

- Reception duties including answering phones, emails and patient enquiries

- Appointment bookings, confirmations and payments

- General administrative tasks and supporting the smooth running of the clinic

About you

- Experienced in dental assisting

- Confident and friendly with patients

- Comfortable working across both clinical and reception duties

- Organised, reliable and attentive to detail
- A team player with a positive and professional attitude

- Calm and compassionate when supporting nervous patients

- Well presented and confident communicating with patients

- Experience with dental practice software and reception is highly regarded
