We are a successful property development and construction company with a proven track record in residential and commercial projects within NSW. We have a healthy development pipeline with a large number of mid to high rise residential mixed-use projects within the Inner West and Southwest Sydney.

We are in the immediate need for an enthusiastic Development Manager specialising in securing planning approvals for high density residential developments.

Duties include

- Pre-lodgment and strategic planning

- DA preparation and oversight

- Portal management and oversight

- Council liaison and authority negotiations

- Post approval and handover to the delivery team

The successful candidate must have:
- Proven experience in DA lodgment and approvals of residential developments >$20M

- Solid design wareness with the ability to critically reivew acrthitectural concepts, product market fit and vaule engineering solutions

- In-depth knowledge of statutory planning in NSW
- A tertiary degree in Architecture, Project, or Development Management or related field

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Highrise experience preferred.
