About the Role An opportunity is available for a Digital Systems Advisor to join a large organisation supporting digital transformation, information management and business systems improvement initiatives.

This is a digital solutions role spanning SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI and information management . You'll provide technical advice, support the implementation of digital solutions and work closely with stakeholders to improve workflows, information management and business processes.

A key focus will be supporting a significant SharePoint information management transformation , alongside broader initiatives involving workflow automation, reporting and emerging digital technologies.

The role will suit a Digital Systems Advisor, Applications Analyst or Microsoft 365 specialist with experience delivering practical digital solutions and improving how organisations manage information and workflows.

You Should Have

- Commercial SharePoint experience, ideally 1+ years
- Experience with SharePoint document management, information architecture or site configuration
- Experience supporting information management projects, including document migration, classification or governance
- Practical Power BI experience, ideally 1+ years
- Experience configuring or improving digital workflows and business processes
- Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint workflows or similar automation technologies
- Experience supporting digital solutions, business systems or application improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills




- Ability to provide technical advice and recommend practical digital solutions

Nice to Have

- Advanced SharePoint information architecture and migration experience
- Strong workflow orchestration and automation experience
- Data governance and enterprise content management experience
- Experience with AI agents or intelligent automation
- Previous experience in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to team members

Key Responsibilities

- Support a major SharePoint information management transformation involving the migration of data from existing shared drives
- Assist with SharePoint site provisioning, document structures, information classification and migration activities
- Provide technical advice across Microsoft 365, SharePoint and digital workplace solutions
- Design, configure and improve workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support Power BI reporting, data analytics and information management initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate digital solutions




- Assist with application configuration, integration, testing and implementation
- Support information governance, data security and compliance requirements
- Contribute to broader digital improvement and emerging automation initiatives
