Well Established state government organization is looking for an experienced Director, Case Management Delivery

Hybrid working model | initial contract until December '27 + possible extensions | up to $1700 incl super/day

About your Organization

You will be part of a well established state government organization within the health sector.

Your new role

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Case Management stream
- Establish the delivery model, building and leading the delivery capability, and delivering the Case Management solution to agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality
- Manage one of the largest and most complex program
- Establish the technology supplier ecosystem required to deliver Case Management
- Support defining the needs from technology vendors and systems integrators; lead the delivery input to major procurements and supplier selection; establish transparent scopes,



responsibilities and delivery arrangements; mobilize suppliers; and actively manage their performance through delivery.
- The Director is expected to hold suppliers to account, resolve material performance and interface issues, and use contractual and commercial mechanisms where required.
