About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to participants, helping them live independently, achieve their goals, and engage with their community in a protected and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide daily living support tailored to individual needs

· Assist with personal care, community access, and skill development

· Promote independence, dignity, and choice

· Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

· Work collaboratively with participants, families, and the care team

Essential Requirements





· Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

· Experience in Disability Support

· Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

· Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Compassionate, patient, and professional approach
