You’ll drive a customer‑centric experience, elevate store performance, and execute visual merchandising to keep brand consistency and maximise sales. You’ll coach and motivate the team to hit targets in a high‑energy retail setting, manage rosters and back‑of‑house admin, and champion our new product range with creative flair.
