Job Description
- Provide day-to-day HR administration, ensuring employee records and documentation are accurate, confidential, and maintained in line with company procedures
- Support Managers with a range of employee matters, including absence, performance, investigations, disciplinary processes, and HR policy guidance
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including pre-employment checks, recruitment systems, new starter documentation, probation reviews,



and access arrangements
- Manage employee changes throughout the employment lifecycle, including maintaining the HRIS, processing leavers, and supporting exit processes
- Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, assist with audits and reporting, and provide wider support to the HR Business Partner and team as required HR Coordinator Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
- Previous experience within an HR or people-focused administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced workplace
- CIPD qualification would be beneficial but not essential
- Manufacturing background or similar would be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships across all levels of the business
