Electricians – Commercial & Residential Solar and Battery Installations

Full time | Monday to Friday | Company-maintained van | Optional overtime and weekend work

Solar Naturally is looking for qualified electricians from residential or commercial backgrounds to join our growing Perth team. Commercial electrical experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Work across residential and commercial solar and battery projects, with opportunities to build your skills, lead installation teams and progress within an established business.

About the role

You’ll deliver quality solar and battery installations, working alongside electricians, apprentices and trade assistants. Your responsibilities will include:

- Installing solar and battery systems on either residential or commercial properties.

- Completing testing, commissioning and installation documentation.

- Ensuring work meets applicable electrical standards, safety requirements and company quality expectations.

- Leading and supporting apprentices and trade assistants on site.





- Communicating clearly with customers about their installation and system operation.

- Managing daily tasks efficiently while maintaining safe, high-quality workmanship.

What we’re looking for

You take pride in your work, communicate well and contribute to a reliable team. You’ll need:

- A current WA A-grade electrical licence.

- A valid Australian driver’s licence.

- A White Card and police clearance.

- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems.

- The ability to work independently and guide others on site.

- A dependable approach to attendance, punctuality and customer service.

SAA solar and/or battery accreditation is preferred. Commercial electrical experience will be an advantage.
