About the Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis at our West Perth facility. Reporting to the facility manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centred care within our aged care environment. You will work closely with residents, families, carers and the broader multidisciplinary team to support residents' health, wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

This role is ideal for an experienced Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about aged care, values meaningful resident relationships, and enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, high-quality care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- Assist with resident assessments, care planning and reviews.
- Monitor resident wellbeing and report any changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
- Support, guide and collaborate with care staff and the multidisciplinary team.
- Promote resident dignity, independence and quality of life.
- Adhere to infection control,



safety and Rosewood policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement and ongoing professional development.

Available Shifts:

Weekly Wednesday & Thursday: 0645am - 1445pm

About You

Essential

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.
- Sound understanding of the needs and challenges facing older people.
- Well-developed knowledge of the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.
- Understanding of legislation and professional standards relating to nursing practice.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care.

Desirable

- Experience working within residential aged care facilities.
- Familiarity with the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
- Up to-date Flu Vaccination highly desirable

Mandatory Requirements

- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian working rights
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
