Our client, [Industry Descriptor] is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the Pallet Repair team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the drive to meet production expectations while maintaining quality standards. - Friday 7AM
- 3PM What's the Job?
- Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and/or lumber.
- Repair damaged pallets sent from customers and return them to service-ready condition.
- Operate and use tools safely to complete repairs, including nail guns, manual and electric saws, hammers, wire brushes, and pneumatic tools.
- Examine repaired products to verify conformance to quality standards and follow production requirements.
- Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain a clean, safe working environment. What's Needed?
- Ability to work reliably and independently to achieve production quotas in the repair area, safely.
- Quick hands, robust attention to detail,



and a commitment to quality.
- Observance of all safety rules and regulations, including proper PPE use.
- Demonstrated experience safely operating air-driven, electric, pneumatic, and manual woodworking tools.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and communicate effectively with supervisors. What's in it for me?
