Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Bossley Park

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Bossley Park. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability needed

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Rent and support Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:





- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- The role
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
