About the role

This is a hands-on role involving a variety of factory duties, including packing products, quality assurance, operating production/process lines and assisting with the general day-to-day operations of the factory. The successful applicant may also be required to undertake deliveries when required.

Key responsibilities

- Packing and preparing products for dispatch

- Performing quality assurance and quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

- Operating production and processing lines safely and efficiently

- Loading and unloading products and materials

- Preparing orders for customer delivery

- Undertaking deliveries as required

- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment

- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

- Following company policies, procedures and quality requirements

- Reporting any product, equipment or safety issues to management

About you

- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing,



production or warehouse environment
- A solid work ethic and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business

- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Good communication skills
- A reliable and punctual work ethic
- The ability to follow procedures and workplace instructions

- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling duties
- A current driver's licence and good driving history
- A current Forklift Licence would be highly regarded
