The roles

From premium à la carte dining at Mures Upper Deck to the vibrant atmosphere of Pearl Co, you'll help create memorable experiences for locals and visitors alike.

Depending on your experience, your role may involve:

- Welcoming and seating guests.

- Taking food and beverage orders and offering recommendations.





- Providing professional and seamless table service.

- Preparing and serving beer, wine, cocktails and other beverages.

- Sharing your knowledge of Tasmanian seafood, local wines and our Hook to Plate philosophy.

- Working as part of a broader team to keep service running smoothly.

- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests have a fantastic experience.

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, love working with others and take pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality workplace.

- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

- A friendly, confident and positive attitude.

- Great communication and teamwork skills.

- The ability to stay organised and keep smiling when things get busy.

- A willingness to learn, pitch in and be part of the team.

Experience in à la carte dining, cocktail making, wine service or busy bar operations would be a bonus!
