FIFO Production All Round Operators – WA Mining

$60-$80/hr | 2:1 FIFO Perth | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

C.E.M. Alliance is seeking experienced Production All Round Operators for long-term FIFO mining roles across the Goldfields, Pilbara and Murchison regions.

We are looking for operators with a primary machine focus who are competent on multiple pieces of mining equipment and willing to support production across the fleet when required.

Rates & Benefits

- $60-$80/hr depending on experience
- Weekly pay
- 12-hour paid shifts
- 5-hour paid inductions
- $2,500 sign-on bonus upon securing full time employment
- Temp-to-perm opportunities after 3 months

Roster

- 2:1 FIFO roster (7 days / 7 nights / 7 R&R;)
- FIFO from Perth only
- Immediate starts available

Machines

- Loaders: CAT 992/994, Komatsu WA500/600/1200
- Dozers: CAT D9, D10, D11
- Graders: CAT 16H/16M, Komatsu 825
- Excavators:



EX3600, PC1250, Liebherr 9150/9200/9400

Additional Equipment

- Dump Trucks (CAT785 upwards & Komatsu fleets)
- Water Carts & Ancillary Equipment

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years production open pit mining experience
- Experience operating multiple mobile plant machines
- Ability to pass medical and drug screen
- National Police Clearance
- Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or unrestricted full work rights only
- No Working Holiday, Student, Graduate, Bridging or other temporary visa holders
- FIFO from Perth only
