- Acting as a trusted adviser to operational leaders by challenging assumptions, providing scenario analysis and identifying opportunities to improve business performance.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- CA or CPA qualification with a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years' post-qualification experience, including at least two years in a finance business partnering role within manufacturing, processing, supply chain or operational environments.

- Demonstrated success delivering measurable cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements.
- Advanced Excel capability and experience with ERP systems, reporting platforms and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence operational leaders and present financial information in a practical and meaningful way.
- Experience within fresh produce, food manufacturing, packing, logistics, cold storage or similar operational environments will be highly regarded.
- A collaborative approach, strong commercial acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.
