To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- CA or CPA qualification with a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- At least five years' post-qualification experience, including at least two years in a finance business partnering role within a business operating across multiple sites.
- Strong financial modelling capability, including the ability to independently develop long-term business cases and capital investment analysis.
- Demonstrated experience delivering measurable cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, reporting tools and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders and translate financial information into practical operational outcomes.
- Previous experience within agriculture, horticulture, fresh produce, food manufacturing or a related industry will be highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel periodically between operational sites across Victoria and New South Wales.
Why This Role
This commercial finance position offers direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape strategic and operational decisions across a large-scale agribusiness.
