About the Role

– Part time (30 hours a week, Mon – Thursday)

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Finance & Payroll Officer to join our finance team, reporting to Financial Controller, based in Springvale. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll play an important part in keeping our day-to-day finance operations running smoothly, responsible for accounts payable, payroll processing, general accounting activities. You’ll work closely with the wider business to ensure transactions are processed accurately, records are maintained and deadlines are met.

What you’ll do:

- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including supplier invoices (utilising our automated invoice processing system), payment processing,



reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.

- Complete payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee payments, compliance with relevant legislation, financial end of year requirements, company policies and maintenance of payroll records.

- Provide accounting and financial support, including assisting with general ledger activities, bank reconciliations and preparation of financial reports to support accurate financial management and reporting.

Who you are:

- Proven experience in Payroll, AP essential

- May be studying towards a CA or CPA
- A team player who leads by example, brings people together and builds strong stakeholder relationships

- You love Excel!, medium to advanced skills required

- Highly organised and adaptable, keeping priorities on track in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive and decisive, taking ownership and supporting others to deliver

- Excellent reconciliation skills
