This senior position suits an experienced Financial Controller who understands the reporting and governance requirements of an ASX-listed company and is comfortable working autonomously within a developing corporate structure.

- Prepare quarterly cash flow reports for lodgement with the ASX.
- Oversee compliance with applicable Australian Accounting Standards, statutory reporting requirements and relevant financial reporting obligations.
- Ensure financial reporting is accurate, complete, timely and appropriately documented.

- Maintain appropriate accounting policies,
financial controls and reporting procedures.
- Identify and address financial reporting risks, control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement stock level and inventory accounting with our on-site personnel and report on stock levels and inventory value to management on regular basis.
Planning and financial management
- Support budgeting, forecasting and group cash flow management.
- Prepare actual-versus-budget analysis and explain material variances.
- Provide timely financial information to support management and board decision-making.
- Develop scalable finance processes, systems and procedures as the business grows.
Process improvement and governance
- Review and strengthen financial processes, internal controls and reporting frameworks, starting with the highest-priority improvements.
- Improve the efficiency, consistency and quality of finance operations across the group.
- Work collaboratively with executives, auditors, external advisers and international stakeholders to support effective outcomes.
