About the role

We currently have a vacancy for a dynamic and experienced Casual/Contractor First Aid Trainer/Assessor/Instructor to join our team in order to service Dubbo, Orange, Bathurst, Albury, Wodonga, Wagga, Shepparton and Wangaratta based clients. This position offers the flexibility to work around your schedule and commitments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid training and assessments to a diverse range of clients, ensuring they are equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Delivering engaging first aid training courses that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements

- Conducting thorough practical and theoretical assessments to evaluate the competence of trainees

- Maintaining accurate records and providing timely feedback to trainees

- Staying up-to-date with changes in first aid guidelines and regulations, and incorporating these into your training

- Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all trainees

About You





Our team of dedicated trainers and assessors are passionate about making a difference and supporting the growth and development of our community.

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:

- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116, TAE40110, TAE40122 or equivalent)

- A valid first aid and CPR qualification (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009 or equivalent)

- Proven experience as a first aid trainer/assessor, preferably in a vocational education or corporate training setting

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire trainees
- A strong understanding of first aid principles, emergency procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements

- Full Australian work rights or permanent residency
- A versatile and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of our clients
