With summer just around the corner, we're gearing up for the busy season and looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Floor Attendants, Bar Attendants and Gaming Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. About the Roles:

We're recruiting for three separate positions across our hospitality and entertainment operations.

Floor Attendant: Deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service across our dining areas, helping create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Bar Attendant: Prepare and serve beverages, engage with guests and help maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere behind the bar.

Gaming Attendant: Assist guests in our gaming area, provide attentive customer service and help maintain a clean, professional and responsible gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable guest experiences.

- Floor Attendants: Take orders, confidently carry three plates, deliver food and beverages, clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.

- Bar Attendants: Prepare and serve beverages, take orders, restock supplies and maintain bar presentation.

- Gaming Attendants: Assist guests, maintain the presentation of the gaming area and follow responsible service of gambling requirements.

- Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene and cleanliness.





- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Follow all relevant RSA, RCG, workplace health and safety and venue procedures applicable to your role.

About You:

- Previous hospitality experience is essential, with experience relevant to your preferred role.

- Floor Attendant applicants must be confident carrying three plates.

- Current NSW RSA Certificate is essential for applicable food and beverage and bar duties.

- Gaming Attendant applicants must hold a current NSW RCG competency card, as required for the role.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

- Reliable and available to work a flexible casual roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- Australian working rights required (students are welcome to apply).
