About the role

Governor's Lodge is seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead teams across Bailey's Restaurant, Boatshed, Lounge Bar and Moffy's Pizza & Pasta, together with off-site dining operations three days a week. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, deliver welcoming and professional service, and develop a confident, capable team.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple venues

- Deliver welcoming and professional service

- Develop a confident, capable team

- Work closely with kitchen teams to coordinate service across venues

- Manage rosters and labour costs

- Strengthen stock control

- Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance the guest experience





- Lead by example and communicate clearly

- Be actively involved in service

- Experience managing multiple hospitality outlets

- Robust organisational skills

- Practical approach to team development
