A little bit about us:

Discover A Maze’N Things, a prime attraction on Victoria's Phillip Island. Our theme park is a magical playground with puzzles, illusions, sky trail and mini golf, delighting visitors of all ages. Based in Cowes, Phillip Island, this role is where excitement meets work.

About the role:

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving quality food and beverages. You'll help create a welcoming café environment, maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards, and work closely with the team to ensure every guest enjoys a great experience. No two days are the same, and you'll be ready to jump in wherever needed to support the team and our guests.

What you'll do:

- Provide friendly and efficient service that helps create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages with care and attention to detail.
- Take orders, handle payments and assist guests with questions and requests.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the café, including food preparation, dishwashing and cleaning tasks.
- Be willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed to support the team and our guests.

You communicate well, stay positive when things get busy, and enjoy building great relationships with guests and teammates alike. Your friendly, approachable nature helps create memorable experiences for everyone who visits.

This is a permanent part time role, with expected hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 3:00pm.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:

- Experience in a café, hospitality or customer service environment.
- Barista experience and confidence making quality coffee.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
