Media Buyer / Meta Ads Account Manager

We're looking for a Meta Ads superstar to join the Bella Boheme team!

Bella Boheme is on the hunt for an experienced Media Buyer / Meta Ads Account Manager to take ownership of our paid social advertising and help drive the next chapter of our growing Australian fashion and lifestyle brand.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing. Someone who understands the numbers, knows what makes a excellent ad and can confidently manage, optimise and scale campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our founders and in-house marketing team, combining creative thinking with data-driven strategy to deliver real business growth.

The Role

As our Media Buyer / Meta Ads Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategy, execution and ongoing optimisation of our Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You'll work closely with our founders, marketing team and content creators to ensure our advertising is not only visually engaging but commercially successful.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Own and manage Bella Boheme's Meta Ads account, including campaign strategy, setup, optimisation and reporting.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong returns.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers, retarget existing audiences and drive repeat purchases.
- Monitor and optimise key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and improve underperforming campaigns.
- Work closely with our creative team to brief and develop high-performing ad content.
- Analyse creative performance and provide clear direction on what content we should be producing next.
- Lead ongoing A/B testing across creatives, messaging, audiences and campaign structures.
- Support major collection launches, promotional campaigns and key retail events,



including Black Friday.
- Monitor Meta platform updates, emerging trends and advertising best practices.
- Provide regular performance reporting, insights and recommendations to the founders and marketing team.
- Collaborate with our wider eCommerce team to improve customer acquisition, profitability and overall online sales performance.

About You

We're looking for someone with proven experience managing Meta advertising accounts and delivering measurable eCommerce results. Ideally, you'll have:

- A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in Meta Ads management, media buying or performance marketing.
- Strong experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns for eCommerce brands.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, audience strategies and optimisation.
- A solid understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, attribution and conversion tracking.
- Confidence managing substantial advertising budgets and making commercially informed decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
- Experience developing creative testing strategies and identifying winning ad concepts.
- A strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention and eCommerce profitability.
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
- A genuine interest in fashion, consumer behaviour and digital marketing.

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience working with fashion, beauty or lifestyle eCommerce brands.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience managing advertising across additional platforms, including Google or TikTok.




- Experience working alongside in-house content creators and creative teams.
- A strong understanding of direct-response advertising, UGC and video-first creative strategies.
