Dongdaemoon Korean Restaurant, located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, is looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join our team!

We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, have a positive attitude and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and teamwork.

Position Details

- Position: Kitchen Hand
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
- Location: 466 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
- Shifts: Evening and night shifts
- Availability: Must be available to work on weekends
- Pay Rate: In accordance with applicable Australian minimum wage and award requirements, based on experience and employment classification

Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
- Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Assist with receiving, storing and organising ingredients and supplies
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Complete daily cleaning and closing duties

What We're Looking For




- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is preferred
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy workplace
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Flexibility to work evening, night and weekend shifts
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Valid working rights in Australia
