Key responsibilities
- Perform garden maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, hedging and general garden care
- Use commercial gardening equipment
- Deliver quality results on residential and commercial gardening work
- Work well within a team environment
- Provide good customer service
About you
- Professional gardening experience OR a Certificate in Horticulture
- Knowledge of mowing, edging, pruning, hedging and general garden care
- Confidence using gardening equipment, or willingness to develop your practical skills
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Current driver's licence
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
