Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our team.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced operators, rig crews, drillers, and site supervisors, you will assist with the installation of shoring, piling systems on a variety of construction projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a long-term career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with shoring, piling, and ground support operations.

- General labouring and site housekeeping duties.

- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.

- Assisting operators, drillers, and tradespeople on site.

- Setting up and maintaining safe work areas.

- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

- Assisting with concrete pours, reinforcement installation, and excavation support works.

- Following site safety procedures and directions from supervisors.

- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Skills & Experience

- Previous construction or labouring experience preferred but not essential.





- Robust work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Ability to perform physically demanding work.

- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Essential Requirements

- Construction White Card.

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

- Ability to work overtime when required.

- Commitment to workplace health and safety.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in civil construction, shoring, piling, drilling, or excavation works.

- Excavator, Skid Steer, Dogging, Rigging, or other construction tickets.

- First Aid Certificate.

- MR or HR Truck Licence.

- Experience working around heavy machinery and construction plant.
