Build the foundations of your career with Mirvac. We are looking for a curious and driven Graduate Cost Planner to join our Cost Planning team in New South Wales and contribute to projects that help reimagine urban life.

Working alongside experienced cost planning professionals, you will gain practical exposure across the development lifecycle-from early feasibility and detailed cost planning through to construction. This is an opportunity to learn in a collaborative environment, build strong industry relationships and see how thoughtful commercial decisions shape quality places and communities.

What you will do

Support the preparation of construction cost plans, from early area feasibility through to detailed elemental cost plans.

Undertake cost analysis and benchmarking to support informed project decisions.

Assist with budget quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Contribute to risk identification and value management throughout development and construction.

Attend project meetings and collaborate with development, design, commercial and construction teams.

Build your capability through Mirvac's Cost Planning Graduate training program, formal training and mentoring.

Stay informed about building regulations, industry guidance, market trends, emerging technologies and health, safety and workplace requirements.





What you will bring A relevant tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, property, engineering or a related discipline.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Clear communication skills and the confidence to build effective working relationships.

A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.

The ability to organise priorities and deliver to deadlines in a program-driven environment.

A genuine interest in construction cost planning and the residential property sector.
