Solace Coordination is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team in a flexible hybrid role, working from our Nerang office and your home office. You will coordinate supports, monitor plans and liaise with participants, families and providers to deliver person-centred outcomes.

Ideal candidates have hands-on NDIS experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a cooperative team.
