We are seeking a friendly, professional, and proactive Guest Service Agent to join our team in a luxury 5-star environment.

Your Role

- Assist guests with reservations, check-in, and check-out
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and special arrangements
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the property is always guest-ready
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain professional presentation and excellent communication at all times

About You

- Previous hospitality experience is essential; hotel guest services experience is a plus
- Strong 5-star customer service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction




- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in reservation management software (training provided)
- Ability to work weekends are essential
