We're seeking a highly skilled toolmaker with expertise in press metal forming and/or injection moulding toolmaking to lead our toolroom.

Fallshaw Wheels and Castors are proudly designed and manufactured in Australia (in Melbourne) and marketed globally. Working within and leading a team of three toolmakers, this role involves both tool maintenance and building new tools.

The successful applicant will be a positive, energetic person who has:

- Expertise as a toolmaker including programming CNC machines (especially machining centres and CNC lathes) essentail




- Minimum five years of toolmaking experience required
- Intermediate level CNC programming experience essential
- Experience with progressive press tools preferable but not essential
- Experience with sliding core, multi-cavity and hot tip injection moulding tools preferable but not essential
- Experience with building or maintaining special-purpose assembly machines (index tables with robotic stations) preferable but not essential

- Training provided on SolidWorks (CAD), MasterCAM and CMM programming
