Position Summary:

As a Room Attendant, you will support our Housekeeping team with essential operational tasks and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist the Housekeeping team with various operational tasks, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of daily activities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the luxury hotel and its surroundings to provide exceptional guest service and exceed expectations.
- Efficiently turnover guest rooms, ensuring that timelines and operational needs are consistently met.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms with a keen eye for detail and a focus on high-quality service.
- Ensure that all housekeeping equipment is well-maintained and in valuable working order.
- Thrive in both independent and team settings, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Build and nurture relationships with guests, delivering legendary service and maintaining a high standard of attention.

About You:

- Previous experience in housekeeping within luxury properties is advantageous.
