BlueCare is recruiting for a Clinical Leader at Ny-Ku Byun Elders Village in Cherbourg. The role provides clinical leadership and oversight of care, supporting quality, person-centred approaches, and staff development for Elders and families. You’ll guide and mentor staff, monitor practice and indicators, and work with the Residential Services Manager to support accreditation and best-practice care in a unique community setting.
