We are looking for someone to join the Wizard team with previous administration experience, excellent numerical reasoning, analytical skills, and a focus on delivering quality service in customer engagement and data integrity.

The Role

Culture is a key part of the Wizard Brand. We aim to inspire a culture of success, and as an Inventory Controller at Wizard, you will be responsible for maintaining the inventory of the whole pharmacy while continuing to develop core skills in leadership, communication and teamwork.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Accurate and effective purchasing, selling and management of inventory, focusing on minimising loss and maximising profit.
- Planning, coordinating,



and executing promotional activities in collaboration with the pharmacy team.
- Ensuring attention to detail and a high standard of presentation throughout the pharmacy. Working with the team to maintain the merchandise and pharmacy appearance.
- Completing administrative duties such as cash reconciliation and pharmacy consumable ordering.
- Be part of a positive culture and workplace setting
- Engage with customers to deliver a consistent excellence level of patient and customer experience
- Provide continuous support across the entire pharmacy, including dispensary, over-the-counter medicines, nutrition and retail areas.
- Support team in all brand initiatives, such as our Wizard Rewards program and affiliates.

Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

- Inventory Management experience is essential
- Pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential.
- S2/S3 certificate and OTC experience will be looked upon favourably.
- Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
- Retail and sales experience is advantageous
- Strong and effective communication skills
- High attention to detail
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
