The Opportunity

At Muscle Republic our vision is to connect the world through the heartbeat of fitness. The Junior Graphic Designer will provide support to the Senior Graphic Designer in executing creative assets aligned with our vision. The role involves creating and resizing graphic assets for websites, emails, social media, and paid advertising. This role is based in Sydney's CBD and would be perfect for a passionate and creative designer who is eager to learn and develop their design skills.

Key Role Responsibilities

- Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with the roll out of creative assets across all platforms.
- Resize existing graphic design assets for all platforms.
- Assist in the execution of weekly email campaigns and automated flows.
- Design promotional banners and imagery for the website and app.
- Prepare final design files for production or digital use, ensuring high-quality output and accuracy.
- Manage print asset preparation end-to-end, including bleed, CMYK setup, proofing and final sign-off.
- Proactively explore how to integrate AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, generative fill) into day-to-day workflows, bringing ideas on application to the team.
- Design and execute assets for paid social media content delivered within timeframes.
- Ensure assets meet the brief requirements, are on brand and visually cohesive.

About You

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.




- A relevant degree in design and a strong desire to continue learning.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD).
- A portfolio showcasing your design work.
- A creative eye with attention to detail.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and work independently when needed.
- Solid understanding of print production requirements, including bleed, CMYK colour setup, proofing and digital export specs, with the confidence to own assets through to final delivery.
- Growing awareness of motion graphics and social-first content formats, with a willingness to actively develop this skill and apply it to live work.
- Strong brand awareness and commitment to following brand guidelines accurately across all output, contributing to a consistent visual identity.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities to deliver work on time, including across multiple concurrent briefs.
- Full working AU rights.
