About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join the dynamic team at AMC Commercial Cleaning Pty Ltd on a permanent basis. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of key commercial accounts across the Melbourne metropolitan area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our most strategic commercial clients

2. Understand and anticipate customer needs, proactively proposing solutions to drive growth and client satisfaction

3. Manage the full account management cycle

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience

5. Develop and implement targeted account plans to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals

6. Provide regular reporting on key account performance metrics and recommended strategies

7. Represent the company at industry events and network to identify new business opportunities

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in an account management or key client relationship role

2. Account Management/Leadership expertise- required.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with senior-level decision-makers

4. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills,



with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities

5. Highly organised and self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

6. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to drive strategic decision-making (Salesforce and in-house CRM systems)

7. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Sales) is preferred

8. Personable and well-presented
