NSW Health at Westmead Hospital is seeking a Social Worker Level 3 for a temporary part time role in the Cancer and Chronic Care Team. You will deliver high-level psychosocial care for complex patients and families, lead clinical practice and contribute to service improvement initiatives. You will join a supportive MDT, participate in after-hours crisis on-call work and pursue ongoing professional development with university partnerships and structured supervision.
