Law Student Opportunity – Client Care Specialist

We're looking for law students who enjoy working with people, communicates confidently on the telephone and wants to build a long-term career in personal injury law.

This is a excellent opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the legal industry while developing skills that will set you up for success as a future lawyer.

About the Role

Based in our brand-new Sydney CBD office, you'll join our friendly Client Care team and learn how we support clients from their very first enquiry.

Your day will include:

- Speaking with prospective clients and understanding their circumstances.
- Responding to enquiries via phone, live chat and other channels.
- Gathering information and completing administrative tasks.
- Helping clients understand the next steps in their legal journey.
- Working closely with our legal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

This is a varied, people-focused position where empathy, communication and attention to detail matter.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is currently studying law and interested in a future career in personal injury law.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys helping people and building rapport.
- Is organised, proactive and has strong attention to detail.
- Can stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.




- Is keen to learn, develop and be part of a supportive team.

Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, reception or a similar role is essential, but your attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
