THE ROLE A hands-on mix of leasing, inspections and business development. You'll also help shape how a growing business runs.

You'll be

- Running leasing inspections and meeting prospective tenants
- Managing leasing enquiries and the leasing process
- Finding and converting new management opportunities
- Building relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners
- Using AI and new tech to work smarter and get better results
- Bringing fresh ideas, energy and initiative

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Current WA Real Estate Registration (essential)
- Experience in leasing, property management, sales or business development
- Confidence,



energy and robust relationship skills
- A proactive, commercial mindset
- Strong organisation and the ability to work independently
- Real enthusiasm for AI, technology and new ways of working

Personality and drive matter here as much as experience.
