Leasing & Site Acquisition Manager (ANZ) | Laundré

Laundré offers investors a new asset class: premium laundromats built for positive cashflow with minimal involvement. Demand has outpaced our ability to secure sites and we need someone to help fix that!

The role

Find, negotiate and secure retail leases with shopping centres across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the link between landlords, leasing agents and our investor pipeline.

What you will do

- Build and manage relationships with landlords, centre managers and leasing agents nationally
- Identify sites that meet Laundré’s criteria
- Negotiate heads of agreement and lease terms: rent, incentives, fitout contributions, term, options, make-good
- Manage each deal from first conversation to signed lease
- Maintain a pipeline that keeps pace with investor demand
- Work across the business wherever you are needed: site openings, investor conversations, operations, systems

What you bring

- Proven experience negotiating retail leases in shopping centres
- Working knowledge of retail leasing legislation across all states
- An existing network of landlords and leasing agents
- Daily use of AI tools to do more with less
- Ability to run multiple deals at once without supervision
- NZ leasing experience is a solid advantage
