Reporting to the ExecutiveDirector, Finance, People and Performance, you will lead a multidisciplinary HRteam and provide trusted advice to the Chief Executive and senior leaders. Youwill drive workforce strategy, leadership capability, organisational cultureand contemporary HR service delivery, while overseeing employee and industrialrelations, performance, wellbeing, work health and safety, injury managementand organisational change. You will bring extensive seniorHR leadership experience, sound judgement and the ability to build trustedrelationships and deliver practical outcomes in a large, complex organisation.
