An opportunity currently presents itself for a full time Maintenance Coordinator to join the team at Rossdale Homes.

About Us

Rossdale Homes is an award-winning builder with 46 years of building experience mainly in the residential market. Additionally, we also develop niche land development projects and build commercial and integrated medium density housing projects.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Construction Manager, and working closely with other members of our team, you will be responsible the management and coordination of maintenance activities on the homes we have constructed.

This is an office based role that involves a significant amount of customer service, liaising with clients, suppliers and tradespeople.

Key Duties include

- Logging of client’s maintenance requests
- Liaise with clients, management and tradespersons to provide resolution and client satisfaction in rectifying the clients concerns
- Supply management with reports showing the status of maintenance operations




- Ensuring Compliance statements are received from the relevant contractors
- Assisting in the closure of display homes
- Any other task required that is within your scope of training and / or ability.

The successful candidate Will ideally have experience in similar roles, construction knowledge or customer service The successful candidate will also be someone who possesses

· Has excellent communication skills

· The ability to remain calm under pressure

· A versatile, easy going, team player attitude
