Tegrity Services is growing! We’re looking for caring, reliable and dedicated male NDIS Support Workers across the City of Sydney and Inner West.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others, building meaningful connections and helping people live more independently.

Personal care experience is required for this role, but we also value a caring nature, patience and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

- Support participants with daily living activities.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Help with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks.
- Support appointments, outings and community activities.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with participants.
- Complete progress notes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of personal care experience.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current driver’s licence.
- Valid right to work in Australia.
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Updated resume.

Locations City of Sydney and Inner West

Surry Hills, Redfern, Glebe, Newtown, Marrickville, Leichhardt, Ashfield and surrounding suburbs.

Pay: $40.00 – $45.28 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
